TIPS FOR SALMON RECIPES.
Buy good salmon.
It is better to buy fresh salmon from the grocery store than
frozen files in bags because they are much thinner.
Use it quickly.
It can go bad very quickly if you don't buy ahead of time I
prefer to buy 1 day in advance.
To skin or not to skin.
If you decide to share it in the pan, do not peel the skin.
The skin protects your salmon against the hot pan and you will get aging skin!
Don’t overcook.
It cooks very quickly. It is best to cook at an internal
temperature of 145 F. However, many people prefer to cook it more rarely or
more thoroughly.
VARIATIONS OF SALMON RECIPES.
Pan-Sear.
Season the salmon from one side of the pan as directed. Turn
over and walk to the other side, then take off on a plate. Add the sauce to the
pan and cook until hot. Put the salmon back in the pan and add a tablespoon of
sauce on top.
Bold Lemon.
Feel free to add lemon zest to the sauce, or add a few
slices of lemon to the pan. We add lemons to taste when cooking and broiling
salmon.
Try Lime.
Add lime juice instead of lemon juice to get a slightly
different taste.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
Can I freeze cooked salmon?
It is best not to freeze cooked salmon, as freezing will
harden the meat and affect it. You can refrigerate cooked salmon for a few
days. To serve, reheat it in the microwave for just 1 minute.
Do you eat the skin on salmon?
When it comes to cooking, the biggest question is, can it be
cooked on the skin? Its skin is edible. For easy cooking, cook it quickly. If
you do not want to eat the skin after cooking, discard the skin.

Place the bottom side of the skin on a lined quarter sheet
baking pan and bake in a 400F oven for about 14-15 minutes or until cooked

Place it in a single layer in your air fryer basket and air
fry at 400F for about 10-12 minutes.
How to store and reheat the salmon?
Cooked salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the
