·         Chef's knife

·         Mandoline with handguard (optional)

·         Whisk

METHOD.

STEP 1.

First, you heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and place a rack in it.

STEP 2.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream and mix well. After mixing, add half a teaspoon of salt and stir, and wait a while. Sit comfortably on the side.

STEP 3.

Now it's time to cook the bacon. Place the bacon in a ten to 12 or 15-inch non-stick oven or frying pan. Place the pan on the stove and cook the bacon over medium heat for about ten minutes until crispy. You use a wooden spoon.

Now take a plate and put a cloth or some paper in it and take off the bacon in it. Now heat a skillet and add two tablespoons of cooking oil and potatoes in the oil.

STEP 4.

After frying the potatoes in the bacon fat, add half an inch of the pan and add the potatoes and pepper and half a teaspoon of salt. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes and keep stirring intermittently. Until they change color to light brown.

STEP 5.

Put the garlic and spinach with thyme in the pan and cook for about 30 seconds to one minute till they wither. Now put the bacon back in the pan and shake till it separates.

STEP 6.

Using a wooden spoon, spread a layer of vegetables and melt the cheese on top.

STEP 7.

Place the egg on top of the vegetable and cheese layer. Remember to spread the egg well on the vegetables and then cook for two to three minutes. You can easily spread the egg on top of the vegetables by tilting the pan to one side.

STEP 8.

Once the eggs are set, cook for ten to twelve minutes with the help of a knife, make a small cut in the middle of the frittata and check if you find it raw, cook for a while longer until it turns brown.

STEP 9.

Now take it down from the frying pan and let it cool. After it cools down, cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife and serve.

Frittata Tips

§  Before you put the eggs on top of the vegetables, spread the vegetables evenly in the pan. When you put the egg mixture on top, then you can't call the vegetables again, so make sure that your vegetables Spread evenly across the pan.

§  Pay special attention to the number of eggs and vegetables. Add 1/4 cups of vegetables per egg or two cups of vegetables for 6 to 8 eggs.

§  Always choose cast iron to make the flight as they spread the heat evenly from all sides. In this pan, your dish is cooked evenly from all sides. I choose in-cast cast iron.

§  First of all, take special care of your safety. When this pan comes out of the oven, its handle gets hot. I have learned this after burning my hand. You can also use a silicone handle.

Frittata Serving Suggestions

I would suggest that if you use it as a big branch-like mimosas french classic toast banana bread muffins pancakes or blueberry or fruit salad etc. it is also best. Never use stale vegetables. Always use fresh and processed ingredients. It tastes great if you serve it with a banana salad or paratha.
