WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU NEED FOR THE OVERNIGHT OAT RECIPE?

Oats:

Always use old-fashioned oats as they have a simpler consistency than others and are gluten-free.

Milk:

Many people make it in water. You can also make it in water if you want but most of it is made in milk. You can use custom milk as an option. Almond milk, coconut milk, cashew nuts Milk, etc.

Chia seeds (optional):

These seeds are extremely nutritious and strong. They are rich in nutrients. They shape your recipe like pudding and play a vital role.

Greek or vegan yogurt (optional):

Using yogurt makes the taste a little more complex. It makes it creamy and provides plenty of protein.

 Vanilla extract (optional):

Using it enhances the sweetness and also enhances the taste but it does change the taste a little bit.

Sweetener (optional):

I mostly use honey or maple syrup as a dessert but the nutrition of these two is different.

Toppings:

TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST OVERNIGHT OATS

1.       To make this you use a jar or a mason jar with scales on the sides and you can easily measure the ingredients.

2.       I have already mentioned in my recipe that you should prefer simple old-fashioned oats. When you soak them in milk, they get wet quickly and become soft. Avoid steel cuts as they are structural. Are a little hard.

3.       It is usually eaten chilled. After cooling it doubles in taste. You can heat it in the oven or on the stove instead of heating it in the oven. It is safer to heat the stove. You can also shake it with a spoon while heating it.

Base.

·      ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats

·      ½ cup milk of choice

·      ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

·      1 tablespoon chia seeds

·      1 tablespoon sweetener honey or maple syrup

·         ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Peanut Butter & Jelly.

·         1 tablespoon strawberry jam

·         1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

·         ¼ cup diced strawberries

·         2 tablespoons peanuts crushed

Apple pie.

·         ¼ cup diced apples

·         1 tablespoon pecans chopped

·         2 teaspoons maple syrup

·         ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Banana Nutella.

·         ½ banana sliced

·         1 tablespoon Nutella

·         1 tablespoon hazelnuts crushed

·         1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Almond Joy.

·         ¼ cup shredded coconut

·         1 tablespoon almonds chopped

·         1 tablespoon chocolate chips

·         2 teaspoons maple syrup

METHOD.

Step1.

Slowly put all these ingredients one by one into a large glass bowl or jar. Let me go and mix until all these ingredients come together.

Step 2.

Cover this jar with a plastic shopper and turn off the air and then keep it in the fridge for two to three hours. Can also be inserted.

Step 3.

The next morning when you have to eat it, take it out of the fridge and dilute it with a little milk and enjoy.

HOW TO STORE AND MEAL PREP?

You can store it for several days. I mean, it can be stored for a week or five days.

You can store it for five days without mixings the toppings. If you have mixed the toppings, I would advise you not to store them for more than two days.

·         For Freezing:

If you ask about freezing, there is no problem with freezing. It does not go bad you can freeze it for many months.

MAKE IT NUT-FREE:

Avoid Nut Butter If you are using Nut Butter then according to my instructions you can use Sun Butter instead of Nut Butter.

WARM IT UP:

The fun of eating it after cooling is not in hot food. If you like hot food, you can reheat it. When heating, be careful that your jar should be safe. Stir constantly but it will be best heated on the stove instead of in the oven.
