Compared to the traditional version, these cakes have a

are used in this recipe. These low-carb cakes are made from almond flour and
eggs rich in protein.
Almond Flour Pancake Recipe Ingredient.
Almond flour.
For best results, use market flour, or homemade flour in
this recipe. Its use gives pancakes a wonderful crumb and delicious fluffy
texture.
Eggs.
Eggs provide moisture and abundance and help make them super
fluffy.
Baking powder.
Baking powder helps bake these pancakes. If you want to use
gluten-free baking powder (although not tested in this recipe), remember that 1
teaspoon of baking soda is equal to 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Almond milk.
It adds moisture to this pancake recipe. If you do not have
almond milk, you can use cow's milk or homemade oat milk.
Vanilla extract.
It fills them with a delicious and warm flavor.
Maple syrup.
We will mix the better maple syrup for the cakes, and when
they are ready, we will sprinkle more on them.
And sea salt.
It is important to use sea salt to pop sweet, hot, and nutty
flavors.
How to Make Almond Flour Pancakes?
This simple and great recipe for your weekend snack as well
as the weekend. First, mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry
ingredients in the other. Then, mix the wet ingredients in a bowl of dry
ingredients and mix well.
Place on the stove, heat over medium heat, and brush with
olive oil (you can also use coconut oil). Cook on both sides for 2 minutes.
They turn black faster than normal pancakes, so be careful when cooking them.
Reduce heat as needed to prevent them from burning.
Almond Flour Pancakes Serving Suggestions.
Almond flour and eggs make these pancakes beautiful. Serve
them with a drizzle of maple syrup or with Greek yogurt or coconut cream. They
make a great addition to the brunch menu on weekends or any special occasion.
I like to make them with something delicious, like sun-dried
eggs, or veggie frittata. Serve meals with smoothies or mimosas!

INSTRUCTIONS.
Step 1.
Mix equal amounts of almond flour, baking powder, and salt
in a medium bowl.
Step 2.
Combine almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in
another bowl.
Step 3.
Put the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together in
a bowl and stir. If your dough is too thick, stir in the almond milk until it
thickens. If it is too thin, sprinkle more almond flour in it.
Step 4.
Place a non-stick skeleton on the stove and heat over medium
heat. Sprinkle a little olive oil on the pan and use a measuring cup to place
the dough on the pan. (Note: These are more delicate than ordinary pancakes so
they should be made smaller).
Bake the pancakes on each side for no more than 1 to 2
minutes. To reduce the heat, reduce the heat as needed. I reduce the heat after
each batch. They turn black quickly due to the high temperature!
Step 5.
Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.

TIP FOR ALMOND FLOUR PANCAKES.
To make a low-sugar recipe, replace maple syrup with
sugar-free syrup. If you skip the maple syrup together, skip the salt as well.
Sweet and salty will balance each other. Your eggs should be at room
temperature so they do not stick together with the melted butter.
Cook over medium heat until cooked through. If you flip your
pancakes and you think they're cooking too fast, feel free to lower the
temperature so they don't burn.
NOTES.
If you can, it is better to measure flour by weight than by
volume. 2 cups of flour weigh 8 ounces. It is better to use butter for grease
than oil. The rest can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
for 3-4 days. Let them cool completely before refrigerating.
I use vanilla liqueur more in this recipe. Better yet, use 1
tablespoon if you think 2 tablespoons will be too much.
How to store leftover almond flour pancakes?
You can store leftover food in a bag in the fridge for up to
three days. Place pieces of paper between them to absorb excess moisture. These
pancakes can also be frozen for up to three months. Freeze them in a freezer
bag and separate them from the wax paper squares to prevent them from sticking
to each other.
Shouldn't you mix the dry and the
wet ingredients separately?
It is not so important. One thing about gluten-free flour is
that you don't have to worry about mixing too much gluten so you can mix all
the ingredients in one bowl.
Is almond flour and almond meal
the same?
Both are made from finely
ground almonds. As I told you before, I recommend using almond flour in this
recipe.
Can I make almond flour pancakes without eggs?
I have never tried to make them without eggs, so I can't
suggest what they would look like without eggs.
Can I use regular flour?
I do not recommend using any flour other than regular flour
or almond flour as their texture will change a lot. You can try them as your
favorite alternative:
You can use coconut flour in fluffy coconut pancakes with
wild blueberry maple syrup. Use only oats in healthy banana porridge or fillet
yogurt pancakes. Use regular or whole wheat flour in fluffy wagons.
Conclusion.
Almond flour pancakes are made with only 5 basic
ingredients: almond flour, almond milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. These
almond flour pancakes are gluten-free and low carb. You can also add
blueberries or chocolate chips if you wish!
