Method:

Step:1

After mixing the eggs well, add vanilla melted butter, and milk and stir till it becomes a solution. Mix the egg solution in the flour mixture but do not mix too carefully.

Now pick up the bowl in which the egg whites were kept. Beat the egg whites well till it becomes soft for about two minutes.

With the help of a rubber spoon, slowly add the beaten egg whites to the mixture and continue to mix. Cover the bowl tightly with a plastic wrapper, close the air, keep it at a normal temperature for about an hour, and do not lift it until it doubles.

Step:6

Heat the waffle iron. After heating, put the oil in the middle of the iron and close the lid. Cook until steam starts to come out and the waffle color changes to golden.
